John Reid

John C. Reid, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor who has worked with children and families for more than thirty-five years as a teacher, counselor and parent educator. He received his Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling and Guidance from the University of Northern Colorado. His post-graduate studies include negotiation, conflict resolution and mediation. John has been mediating divorce-related and other family matters since 1985 and possesses special expertise in issues related to adoption. He is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution, the Colorado Council of Mediators, the National Education Association and the American Counseling Association.

The qualifications and experience of John Reid exceed the Recommended Guidelines for Mediator Education and Training set forth by the Colorado Council of Mediators and the Colorado Bar Association.
